Here’s my new recipe for a non-alcoholic version of the classic.
Ingredients:
1 Kahlúa K-cup pack
2 Scoops of Coffee 
ice cream
Sweetener
Ice cubes
Directions:
Prep your Keurig coffee machine. If you can, set the machine for strong brew, 10 Oz. Place ice cream in a large mug. Brew coffee directly into mug. This will melt the ice cream and cause foam on the top. Add sweetener and ice to taste.

Trying to make better food choices. Like eating Chick-fil-A grilled chicken and fruit cup instead of fried chicken and waffle fries. Eating egg white and turkey sausage on my bagel instead of eggs and bacon. Eating a turkey wrap with spinach and baked Lays instead of a cheeseburger and fries. It’s the little things that can start to make a difference.
