Small Changes
Trying to make better food choices. Like eating Chick-fil-A grilled chicken and fruit cup instead of fried chicken and waffle fries. Eating egg white and turkey sausage on my bagel instead of eggs and bacon. Eating a turkey wrap with spinach and baked Lays instead of a cheeseburger and fries. It’s the little things that can start to make a difference.
Whenever Possible
Dr. Kendall is my favorite physician, but he’s out-of-network for my insurance plan. So I made a New Year’s Resolution: I will not let my insurance company or the government dictate my health care decisions. So I’m going back to Dr. Kendall as my primary care physician. And he wears bow ties, bow ties are cool.
